Beef casings are primarily used for larger sausages such as Knacker (Speckwurst), Cervelat, liver sausages, tongue sausages, as well as for raw sausage varieties such as salami. They are ideally suited for cooked and scalded sausages due to their thickness, stability, and smooth appearance. The origin of the raw material plays a particularly important role: Our Brazilian beef casings are thin-walled, very well suited for consumption and perfect for grilling. Our Argentinian beef casings are characterized by clip resistance, making them ideal for industrial applications. Our European beef casings, on the other hand, are very thick-walled, extremely durable, filling-resistant and fresh, which makes them particularly suitable for demanding production processes.

Beef casings can easily withstand high filling quantities as well as long maturation and drying processes.
