According to the standards of HACCP and ISO 22000 FSSC, under EC number AT 50303 EG, the produced goods from all over the world are stored in our central warehouse in Eugendorf near Salzburg. There, another quality control takes place. Product-dependent storage temperatures ensure the quality standard and shelf life of our high-quality natural casings.

Quality assurance

“Quality begins on site” – according to this motto, we operate our own productions worldwide. This is the only way we can control the quality standards from the start. Our internal quality assurance system checks every delivery for its specifications. Each batch that arrives at or leaves the central warehouse is recorded via its own barcode. This enables precise monitoring and control.

Packaging & picking

In our central warehouse, the natural casings are processed according to the wishes of our customers. During picking, customer-specific packaging and shipping preparation take place. We pack in buckets, E2 boxes or vacuum bags. Before each shipment, a final outgoing check takes place, in which the brine, odor and general condition of the goods are carefully checked.
