We specialize in packaging chew sticks and other pet food products in various sizes and offer a variety of packaging options for this purpose.

  • Chew sticks: Up to 120 mm length, max. 230 mm e.g. bully sticks
  • Bulk goods: 5 mm to max. 48 mm with a pouch width of 90 mm, 5 mm to max. 180 mm with a pouch width of 200 mm

Pouch packaging

Our modern multi-head weigher offers an impressive capacity of up to 1,000 pouches per hour. The following overview summarizes the packaging sizes and the essential packaging options, including additional features that can be added as needed.

Flow pack

  • Available sizes: From 200 mm length x 90 mm width up to 350 mm length x 90 mm width.
  • Additional options: Euro slot, zipper and laser perforation.
  • Maximum product size in flow packs: Up to 250 mm maximum length and up to 45 mm maximum width, depending on the product quantity per packaging unit.

Large flow packs

  • Available sizes: From 200 mm length x 200 mm width up to 350 mm length x 200 mm width.
  • Additional options: Euro slot, zipper and laser perforation.
  • Maximum product size in large flow packs: Up to 250 mm maximum length and up to 90 mm maximum width.

Packaging and shipping according to your needs

The pouch packaging can be packed on disposable or Euro pallets, optionally in the CCG1 or CCG2 standard. Europe-wide delivery and deliveries beyond are possible by arrangement. In addition, GS1-compliant pallet labels can be attached. If required, irradiation of the goods with a corresponding irradiation certificate is also available by arrangement.

Individual design for your pet food packaging

Would you like an individual design for your pet food? From a quantity of 15,000 labels, we enable a customized design for decorative labels. For printed films, an individual design is available from 50,000 running meters (LFM), and for display cartons, we can implement a unique design from 9,000 pieces.

The design is provided by the customer – the one-time costs for clichés and colors are borne by the customer. In this way, we create packaging that is precisely tailored to your wishes and needs.

Environmentally conscious packaging: Recyclable and recycled materials

We offer environmentally friendly and sustainable product packaging, which is made possible through the use of various environmentally friendly materials. These include recyclable monoplastic films, which consist of a single type of plastic and can therefore be easily recycled. We also use recycled films, which are made from recycled plastic material and thus reduce the environmental impact of plastic.

In addition, we offer recyclable display cartons, which can be completely recycled after use. Recycled display cartons are also part of our range; they consist of already recycled material and represent a sustainable solution. We also offer recycled decorative labels, which are made from recycled materials and thus contribute to a resource-saving packaging solution.
